Just think if you were Tom and you found out about that extra debt...ok, you say to yourself, I can a) sit back and take it and hope no one finds out or b) do something about it.
I think he took option b). Just look at what is going on with GS and all the movement of high ranking personnel. I think Tom went in there with a friggin broom and said, "here is what we are going to do because of this added debt"...I am actually thinking now that this was why he reduced his outstanding by the 300,000,000 or so shares.
I'm sure we can call and ask him that question...my question would be..."Tom, the conversion factor on that $400,000 leftover debt sucks. What is the Company going to do about it? Can we pay it off early? Can we restructure the agreement? Can we get something for it?" That's not insider trading to ask such questions.
