IHUBposter, yes, and if you leave something out, it may be construed that you are trying to show that your patent is new and unique by leaving out reference to other pertinent patents.
ihub, you may be right, but i would think, "represents an advancement" would be too subjective a term to determine a patent being accepted or denied. i was trying to paraphase my patent attorney, maybe i did not do an adequate job, but i think between the two of us we got pretty close!!!
