this stock has turned into another reverse and dilute scheme because the owner is inept as a businessman and has experienced a number of legal entanglements he has no sales and needs money....a lot of it....
this is his "out" to pay his personal bills....like raven moon, marshall holdings, triangle multimedia (now cinemax) and the others that dilute down to .0001 then reverse and start over....it's a money making vehicle for karney...
