CAVEAT INVESTOR:

There is no indication whatsoever that there are valid audited financial statements for SLJB in existence now or in process by any qualified independent accounting firm.

Do not believe any posts on this or any other message board that indicates that (A) audited financial statements exist for SLJB and/or (B) audited financial statements are being made for SLJB.

All known Sulja operations in Alberta have been halted.
Sulja assets in the warehouse in Alberta were seized by the landlord due to failure to pay rent.
The warehouse is being rented to other parties.
THERE ARE NO OTHER SULJA OPERATIONS OR INITIATIVES IN ALBERTA AT THIS TIME.

Do not believe posts here indicating that there are plans or activities going on in Alberta by Sulja Brothers, SBS, SLJB or any of the several deceptively similarly named entities related to SLJB.

SLJB stock has been halted from trading in Alberta and Ontario for an indefinite period.
SLJB is under investigation by the ASC, OSC, RCMP and SEC.
There is overwhelming evidence SLJB is a pump and dump scam.

Based on the fact they are pretty much out of business, releasing their AFs for all to see would most likely tank their stock price -- not boost it. Or hadn't you considered that ?

I heard a rumour that at this time last year Petar had a set of "Audited Financials" all ready to go but they were ... "made up" to look like real audited financials.

But Petar lost his nerve with all of the attention he was getting in early November from the RCMP and the Windsor Star. So he did not release the "dummied up" audited financials.
