Does seem to be a mystery. Sounds like this option existed all along. What about the sale? Good question. At first glance it appears to be good news. An aquistion. That is what they do. However, it could just be a fluff PR disguising the fact that the sale is off. Where was SCEY going to get $14M to do the deal. They are making big news about $5M in a financing deal. All I can say is what we have stated before. Shell prices, real assests, low float & O/S shares---probably. I will give this to the end of January after that I'm gone. Unless, we get some favorable news.
