jfloyd7, I'm hopefull we will see -

1) The 10-KSB filed by December 31st so we can get off the pinks

2) A PR prior to the filing that the company has settled penalties and interest with the IRS

3) A PR stating the company has worked out their differences with Texas Infrared

All the above is very possible IMO... If these don't occur 2008 will go forward for AMHI, but without several longs.
