Look people for Tom to use the word Dude, you first need to take the time to go back and read the emails that were sent to him. Tom is a 37 year old professional man, his bio speaks for itself. He knew from the way those emails were written he was dealing with a younger person. He replied in the manner in which he was approached. I am a 58 year old man and at the age of 55 I ran a Sears store with a yearly volume of over $50 million dollars...I had over 200 regular full and part time associates..when dealing with the younger ones I at times had to address them in a manner that was relevent to them...find some thing else to focus on, cuz as my man light and my back up AP say, its cool, so get down with it and just chill..LOL
