Rambus, nice find. You know, the article doesn't say the Homer Ferrington is going to the JDZ. It just says the Homer Ferrington will be used for Anadarko's 2008 deepwater drilling program....... The Republic of Ghana work is considered deep water. Have you found anything that specifically says they will be using it in JDZ?
The reason I ask is because when I look at Anadarko presentations, they usually have an international growth chart that shows what countries are coming on-line. So they show Brazil, Indonesia, Trinidad, Algeria, etc, but no JDZ. Here's an example from one of their presentations:
