In K's defense, if Tom would keep us updated about certain material company dealings, then we wouldn't have to send him emails begging him for answers

That exactly why the share price is where it is, people should harass him every day untill he see's how big an issue it is for shareholders. Any bit of transparency on the dilution issue would of kept this above .03. But if you are happy with .018 and a blindfold you are welcome.
