well...I'm not so sure about that

there have been numerous times in my tenure here where O/S has been different from filings but has always caught up

given that:

1. The last conversion was so small (just over 2M shares, seemed to be more of a reconciling adjustment)

2. We are now at a number that we can logically accept

I think we may be done..all IMO
