Don't think so bigjohn.

Unico is up against the share limit and there are about $4 mil of outstanding CD's out there --- some of which are already in default.

Unico needs the ability to issue more shares to settle potential default lawsuit judgments at ridiculously low rates, as low as 10 cents on the dollar in NEW free trading shares.
