I agree you put it right on the money this is what most people here dont get .
When i started my carrer many years ago i was told when looking at a stock look for 3 main things price product and managment. We all know that even at this price this stock is not cheap,the water business is dead and managment well like you said they dont know anything about this business nothing.
If i would be long i would try to let them go and get someone real who knows to run a co in this business.
Thats why we are shorting we love weak stock with no name managment.
The free fall from 3 dollars to 20 cents is because the managment not getting it done pur and simple.

First of all, numbnuts, Israeli's don't ride camels. they drive Mercedes Benz. It's you third world punks who ride camels. That is when you're not screwing them. Second, I am not Israeli. I can't speak for the others, but they are probably successful Americans too. Third, when RSPG goes BB, and the announcements come out, you guys will be scrambling to cover your shorts. That won't be hard because you probably have less than 1,000 shares combined.
