Is Mayhem Media a Canadian company? If not then doesnt the foreign ownership guidelines apply? I believe that the CRTC chart pertains to ownership based on voting rights and not actual shareholders holdings. Just my opinion but the latest financials from BKMP does say that there still is an outside investment that I'm assuming is TFN Global allbeit less than what was previously reported in an earlier fianancial statement.
Well, the ONLY (and I mean ONLY) chance we have is the distinction of voting rights made on the ownership chart. Maybe BKMP has no voting rights, and I would be TOTALLY fine with that.
BUT, regardless, WE SHOULD BE INFORMED ALONG THE WAY, not treated like chum.
