Actually here is something interesting: per yesterdays PR "The acquisition called for a $1.5 million payment at closing", the last OS increase was 70m... the avarage conversion rate of the past ten days rouhgly should be around .021 - .024 area... 70m * .022 = 1.54m dollars. Could be coincidence, I dont know.
Or forget about conversions. the last 70m shares could be simply OS increase to finance Hacketts acqusition.
