Yes true there was 9.8m debt of GSCR but only 1.5m of that was transfered to SWVC... It is stated in June or July PRs. Thats why there is a confusion... Also GSCR had cash and assets over $7m to pay that remaining debt. That 9.8m has nothing to do with us. we are entitled to pay 1.25m to Hihgate(Cornel), and 345k unrealized debt. Thats all...
But I think shareholders have the right to know why there is 540m share increase. Thats the only problem we have now. Once clarified sp will rise I have no doubt...
