hello gfp, i missed where it said they were market orders, unless that is what code "P" stands for. it was likely right there in front of me, but i just assumed they were both limit orders. a 40,000 share market order, without moving the ask seems difficult, even on heavy days.
i had to move my small partially filled limit order from this morning from .49 to .50 to finish getting it filled just after 3:30.
it is good to see management buying. i am thinking he was in trying to get a much larger qty at .48, and since it was today's low, he likely just got 100 shares someone sold transferred over to his buy order. If he is paying a minimum commission in the open market, then those 100 shares cost a lot more then .48 after commission....
