Now Neuro, if you could qualify yourself as a COR analyst, I can see Piros turn even more piros( Hungarian for red).

I did buy some piros (bloody red) today and they cleaned up nicely. Only the IRS can tell my book ends apart ($.5 and $5). Ouch, reminded again.

Always encouraging but it also means no material events will take place over x amount of time. (I think it's 90 days). Further, I've never encountered one single time where an insider bought and didn't take a little hit first before it bouced back. If others in management are interested in purchasing you'll see it very shortly as they all operate within the same windows. Should be telling.

It's a nice surprise but I'sd like to see a little more muscle and braoder participation among Senior management. Maybe the rest will file in with some feeling of being unpatriotic should they not. Biotech insider buying is usually a good sign because they usually sell due to so much compensation coming from equity options.

One thing Coleman's purchase indicates is that there won't be any big news/partnership/M+A in the near term, since for him to buy stock ahead of a deal announcement would amount to insider trading.

Concerning insider ownership of stock, I remember several years ago Cortex instituted a requirement that all senior management had to own a certain amount of stock in the company. I no longer have the specifics on that rule, but it's possible Coleman's purchase may have something to do with that. More likely though, he may just see the stock as a good buy right now.

They took $20K from the bank and bought shares for Coleman, hoping that this evidence would bolster the share price.
