Found this firm in a recent article in USA Today regarding an increase in international securities fraud lawsuits being filed. Might be worth finding out if they'll represent the group w/o retainer in lieu of % of settlement.

I think there'll be ample oppty. to attach McLean Watson and Ontario Ltd. to the suit, as well; they certainly would've/should've known BKMP's interest in TFN.

We'll need them included to maximize the asset base when a jury award or settlement is reached.
