The nature of the error message would suggest that they are reaching some kind of capacity. Max connections reached?

Either:

a) There are a crapload of users trying to hit the site

or

b) Someone is using software to simulate load/ connections to the server to stress it

Either way, it doesnt look good.

It was down at 11:00 p.m. PST last night....so may have been down all night for whatever reason.
