It is hard to deposit cheques made out to one company to the bank account of another. In the last few years in Canada ALL of the banks have really gotten much more stringent in their compliance and audit standards.
IF Steve "purposely misdeposted" SBS funds in another companies account ... I would not want to be Steve.
Having said that .... I have heard the same accusations made of others too. jmo
