yep..did an off the cuff workout on elliptical tonight.. these long dark days getting me back in to a workout mode for some reason.. ain't did nothing physical to speak of hardly all summer..
did 40+ continuous minutes on Resistance level 5 at medium speed..I started to break a sweat a little towards the end.. I didn't want to over do it, first time out in awhile.. machine is still elevated slightly with long ½' thick board for greater stability...
you can touch the dust..just don't write in it..lol..
