I tried calling, got nowhere. They won't even talk to you unless you're a member, whatever that means. Lady (?) said I had to go to the website to get info (would not even let me ask the question)... I asked where on the website, she said she could not lead me there, I would just have to look. Then she hung up on me (and she didn't even have a Russian accent!!). Excellent customer service... but then... I'm not a customer!
So... any other ideas?
