Assuming that is 6x6x0.5625 steel (which is thick)

Judging form the forklift the frame there is about 10x10ft
resulting in about 100ft of tubing.

6x6x0.5625 weighs 38.86 lbs/ft ==> 3886 LBS
ADD some plate and lifting lugs etc ==> 4000 LBS

The cost to manufacture any steel products like this in Houston is approx $1.50 per pound. resulting in $6000,- built...
