Much of the reason for delay, imo, was that they needed to officially announce 141 as a company, with Errol as CEO. It's really a matter of protocol...and they couldn't move ahead until they received that paper from NASD. Think they expected confirmation a couple of weeks ago and didn't get it until now...but business is full of delays.
Looks like they did get the confirmation from NASD, so everyone can finally move forward. allie
