but I don't like the response he has given, in light of what my conversation with him was.
He wrote: "I bought the controlling interest in PDVP. I am not aware of "hidden shares" or such. I have the current shareholder list and can account for the outstanding shares."
I had been asking him about who owned what going forward, if previous owners still had shares.
He seemed pretty sure at the time that nobody had shares that he did not know about. Now he is saying otherwise, at a time when he needs a convenient excuse about selling taking place. He is now telling us he is not in control.
I don't buy any of it. Massive selling from his side and he doesn't know about it? Massive selling from old management and he doesn't know about it?
I think we are looking at CD's here, considering the situation with the Bid.
