I think you are spot on..........
If you read the TCG Catalog NSM's TPM only comes
with Wave's Document Manager & Smartsignature which
Wave calls the "Business Edition".
The Toshiba/Wave download is for the "Professional
Edition" which includes Wave's PIM software as well.
Only the D.M & S.S comes free with a NSM safekeeper
TPM so it certainly looks like Toshiba has stepped up
their TPM software offering & licensed PRO from Wave.
More good news...........imho.

Forgive my ignorance but....
If you download the Wave TPM from Toshiba,does that give you direct access to certain Wave's services, wherever you are.
Does then that generate a fee for Wave?
