I think you are spot on..........
If you read the TCG Catalog NSM's TPM only comes
with Wave's Document Manager & Smartsignature which
Wave calls the "Business Edition".
The Toshiba/Wave download is for the "Professional
Edition" which includes Wave's PIM software as well.
Only the D.M & S.S comes free with a NSM safekeeper
TPM so it certainly looks like Toshiba has stepped up
their TPM software offering & licensed PRO from Wave.
More good news...........imho.
