Downloaded the Wave Systems TPM Application for Windows XP (v2.0.0.024; 01-21-2004; 31.79M) and it raises some interesting questions:

"Embassy Trust Suite Professional Edition V2.0.0.024 Copyright(c) 2003 TOSHIBA copororation"

If I understand this correctly, not only has wave licensed IP to NSM, they've licensed ETSPro (at least THIS version) to Toshiba.
