Downloading the ETS Pro Edition from Toshiba's
site will give you the Document Manager,Smart Signature
Smart Safe & Personal Information Manager TPM application
services,as well as the Launch Pad feature.....the same
as buying the $40 CD from Wave's site i believe.
If Toshiba has licensed ETS Pro from Wave like Intel,
then Wave would receive revenue for every Toshiba laptop
bundled with ETS shipped......for a similar fee of
probably $1.

the TPM can't be downloaded (it's a chip, after all) but the ETSPro services can. Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question though, and since I don't have a TPM, I can't even install the software... :^(
