The Rodman Renshaw analyst was on CNBC recommending Cortex as his top pick @ roughly $3 in June, he was also behind it @ $5 in Business Week- he is acting out his ferocity with his position of stature, slimy and covert. I can see encouraging a sale if that is what you believe is best but the target is not realistic. If in fact Stoll (we) does/do a deal, it won't be with him as an advisor. I take Garren's service and he sold @ .80. He has never made money trading it but has loved the target and science going back to 2000. He has usually bought the best of mentation and sold the worst, but he is a very smart and informed man. In my opinion, Stoll should have something new tomorrow-preferably ----concretely---- expecting a major tranaction by mid-2008 ( in writing and as part of the presentation) If this is in there and some favoable mojo on CX-701 for ADHD licencing, I think this price will stand as a backstop for a charge of the Light Brigade to $1. I'd hype the new hire a little as well , his past successes- Time to be more than Willy Loman, even though I believe Roger acts clearly in our best interests. ( Unless there is something I don't know about turning down $4 in cash for example.)
