Are you still looking at what happened a year ago?

What are they doing today which is "CRAP"?

You were very correct to be upset about the fact that ARUR did not provide specifics! Now, ARUR did provide documented facts which can be used to see their progress. Are you still faulting ARUR even though ARUR did provide the facts?

What do you want from a company starting to turn the corner?
