Stocks go up and down every day, even if very good news or very bad news comes out. I have seen bad news come out and the stock goes up. Good news comes out and the stock goes down!
Why? Well I guess the market / or market makers knows.
IMO, the company is providing a dividend as it is starting to bring in substantial revenue.
If you recall my earlier posts, I stated that 3-6 months ago, they had no revenues. Now, the company is stating between 7-9 wells “…Currently our portion of production is approximately 140 barrels of oil per month.”. The company recently stated that they have 3-4 more wells to bring on line in the next few weeks. Well I would expect that they are not doing this because they are dry wells. They have partners who will also make money when each well starts pumping oil.
In some of your earlier posts, you remarked about the company not providing numbers. Now that the company is providing numbers, you are still complaining. What is your problem?
We know that when they report in the near future, it will be about the prior quarter when they had very little revenues and only a few wells in production. But, I am not looking backwards. I am looking forwards.
So instead of you only giving your opinion, why don’t you call the company and post their response. If, a few months from now, they report totally different numbers, then you will be able to point it out and show you were misled.
