kgeezy, I prefer that you look at the OS/PPS pair coupled together instead of the OS alone. It seems that the OS increase is used by the company to "fuel" something that in turn pushes the PPS higher. If this theory is correct which seems so form the OS and PPS values and their trends, then the OS increase becomes the fuel to that car that you should like having more of not less so you can go farther. It seems Tom knows how to drive too.
