Dilution is a way of life. Get use to it. Its a method of funding and is absolutely necessary to grow a start up company. The money has to come from somewhere and this is the usual avenue taken.
You may not like you percentage of ownership dwindle but its either that or no venture at all.

I know you have an LOL behind this, but I've never understood why a long would give a hoot about anyone flipping or daytrading their stock.

Long in that regard means a long term holder, an investor if you will...why would they care, or even watch the day to day movements?
