You are saying put the freaking carrot out there!!!
keep the sell price just over the current ask as close as you can while you watch L2. when they start moving the ask up, you move your sell up another bit and so on..you have to watch whats happening otherwise you will end up selling your shares but in the meantime, you keep changing your sell
is ask is at .024 put your sell in at .025 etc etc etc.
The MM's think the volume will get there by moving up so thats what they do.
