Eh, well I suppose those folks are probably inundated with requests from "official" people, let alone someone like you or me that just represent themselves.
EZ, great job getting through to the buyer. My job required me to face off with buyers on the grocery side of the business. I can't tell you how many times I got turned down when presenting new items. But I will tell you one thing. Cash is king. Put enough cash into any deal & the buyer will sing a different tune.
