Dewo, I would add that I think they are being "cagey" re Ketamine, as well. I firmly believe that they aren't the ones who want it on the Emergency use market "today."
The late 2008 NDA statement is probably waaaay conservative; further, Fast-track status, priority review, and possibly some other accelerated mechanism is likely, imo.
