popcorn: Not sure what to say. When I did SOMPF (about Feb/March) there was no charge for the 144 paperwork that I did thru Fidelity. I was going to do TYEG (April/May) thru them as well, but if you read my earlier posts I would up doing it thru TYEG (which involved their new TA?), I was not charged for the 144 paperwork. Maybe I got lucky, and now I will be charged as well. The next "batch" to get unrestricted will be the 2nd TYEG spinoff shares from earlier this year, so next winter those will be a year old, will let you know...
