if all shares sold are short then people need to cover. Sell up to 3.95 and bring it down to cover when the conversion takes place. should absorb some selling, I only thought there would be large selling by people who bought in th 1 cent range anyway. Shares went from .05 to .01 on the R/S news and rumor, people already sold out
