the truth is, the fact that you cannot deny that people have left the company is a bit concerning.

SWARM belongs to SPZI, and I doubt anyone can take that away from them...and they can license it to whomever. Those individuals leaving, however, can pose a risk to the future of SWARM, etc.

DO you know whether that is a fact or not??

Allie, if the email is indeed untrue, it is far more than an act of cowardice. It is an infraction of the SEC's regulations on manipulation and therefore prosecutable. If untrue, and it augmented the ongoing share price slide, all who have been harmed financially should have legal recourse towards the person(s) responsible for its production and publication.
