CY is coming out with a 32k MRAM, a poster sent me the specs, I have no idea how competitive it is with ther SRAM type systems, but the specs sure look nice. That does not mean, mind you that MRAM technology will be more than just a niche product, access tim of 70 nanoseconds is not exactly what I call fast now a day (and that is without "overhead" of the system), it is also the write/erase time.
