Yes.. I 'member that spaces, commas, & periods were important...

and I remember a college teacher going nuts when a student
ask about GOTO loops the last week before the semester test.... :o)

Fortran class - yyyyyuuuukkkk - I remember them makin' us study
some of thoughts 3 letter words that had to do with how Fortran was built
and made us understand how wonderful this newer stuff was....

Not fond memories... except for being glad they are long gone... :o)

Fortran on punch cards... okay, you have me beat! lol Welcome to the dinosaur club. A few years back my boss and I put a "Dinosaur Club" sign on the door of the office we shared. I did a little Fortran IV but mostly Fortran 77.
