RPH has already presented evidence showing he has not received ill gotten gains. SEC has present nada. Why? Because they don't have anything. Your hallucinating if you think the judge is going to award damages without conclusive evidence of wrong doing. The only hope for SEC, is to provide trading records proving their case. Problem is, those trading records will point in a different direction and absolve RPH. I have no doubt of this now.

Now the real question is, why are you obsessed with a down and out CEO of a defunct company? Things that make one go hmmmmm.....
