The problem here is that like I said all the time here this whole SWARM stuff was extremely disappointing for everybody. This deal is just ridiculous with the 7% net income deal. Remember SPZI owns the SWARM tech and gave it away for nothing essentially. The license fee is too low as well. Since this news the share price is declining steadily for every single week and the volume now is climbing heavily.
