I am not necessairly disagreeing about the P&D or anything else possibly sinister about HMIT but anyone posting about a HALT clearly shows how little they know about the pink sheets and penny stocks.
Halts are extremely rare and take years. Also rare is the two week suspension by the SEC. Based on my experience trading and taking particular interest in bahsing the larger and more obvious scams I would say that HMIT may not even be on the radar of authorities and if it is is way down the list.

In looking at the chart I see solid pps increase and accumulation. Am not seen anything that I would suspect to be dilution. I am now holding every HMIT share I ever bought. Back in the Green from averaging down. Many of us sold at a huge loss and left the board. When these people see the charts they realize that they should have not sold at or near the bottom.....they come back & Bash. Even Mods are not exempt. Right? ~ASW~
