Here is what I got on the 27th, and have since had to speak to Thomson Financial. Perhaps they didn't put the correct postage on to get it across the border, I don't know, but a month to process a request like this seems about right.
---------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for contacting the SEC.

Your request for copies will be submitted to our dissemination contractor Thomson Financial, Inc. for processing. You should expect to hear from them within 10 business days. If you do not receive a response within the designated timeframe and would like to inquire as to the status of your request, please contact Thomson directly. They can be reached at (800) 638-8241. When checking on the status of your request, please note the referenced HO-number assigned.

Please be aware there is a charge of $.24 per page for regular service and $.36 per page for priority service. Advance payment is required for all orders, via MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Checks or money orders are acceptable for all orders and must be payable to Thomson Financial, Inc.

If you have any questions, please contact me.

Sincerely,

For a regdex? It takes about 3 weeks or so. The SEC will send you a number that Thompson Financial references.

However, i can supply you a number for Thompson that will expidite the process. It'll cost you 25 bucks instead of the 3.25 or so that it will cost you with the HO number from the SEC.
