I was specifically told I couldn't be the moderator of a board by Matt for that reason. It sounds like admin isn't on the same page with respect to this. It's constructive criticism. If Matt believes that bias should be a criteria then other admin probably shouldn't complain when about the number of "pumping clowns" who are moderators.
