Finally people are seeing the light. Glad to see ya all coming to your senses. They owe an explanation of why none of the pr's ever came true. Unfortunately I tried contacting the SEC twice before but haven't heard from them yet, it could help if we have more people raising concerns.


Fake PR's:
-company name / cusip number / ticker symbol change
-confirmation of share structure (12mil float)
-nobo list request results announcement
-8:5 forward split
-european exchange listing / company spin-off / share distribution
-acquisition of southeast asian manufacturing facilities
-completion of high blood pressure medication development
-distribution channel update (e.g., walmart, etc.)
-upward restatement of projected revenues

a huge waste of time.. The SEC gets thousands of complaints about stinky pinky scams every day.. the have neither the time nor inclination to get too involved. When you believe these nonreporting liars, you cant do proper DD and you are simply out of luck. Enjoy your SEC form letter response. You will never hear from them again
