janice, these convertibles are done or very close IMO! You can label them floorless or whatever you like but they will end soon if they are not over already. It all boils down to whether a company's stock price can sustain itself through the conversion! SWVC has plenty of backing if you haven't noticed so I have no fear at all!!!!!! By the way SWVC surely wouldn't be the first company to get out from under the fist of Cornell!
