No, I think TDAmeritrade just doesn't give a crap about its customers. How can they decide it's in a customers "best interest" not to be able to sell a security they've bought? That's the line they game me...and of course, they expect you to believe from their marketing that they are all about the "independant investor"...what b/s...
We should make a list of who is trading and who is not so people can start to move around if needed leading up to Nov. 29th...I'm thinking about moving to BofA...
Rick...... Everything came to a screeching halt with a whole slew of brokerages when they woke up and used the first OSC hearing and the DTTC as an excuse. Trying to tie TD Ameriturd's no trading now to whether or not press releases were honored ..... that's a mighty stretch of a vivid imagination. They haven't traded for a while on the " buy " side. Fidelity and Bank of America had continued trading though...I tend to trust their integrity just a wee bit more than TD or Scottrade in this whole nonsense. Just a thought.......! All this stuff has been discussed on this board at least 15 times if not more. Furthermore, this whole nonsense has been a pain in the you know what since about June....so your sudden revelation and comment today is somewhat puzzling.
